Fit-Out Project Manager – NI & London

INFORM3 are recruiting for a Fit-Out Project Manager to work on commercial, retail and residential projects in NI and London. The successful candidate will work on behalf of an award-winning client that has gone from strength to strength over the years and continually expanding.

The client requires a candidate that is happy to tackle projects head on, ensuring that quality is a paramount objective and able to motivate staff to reach deadlines.

Fit-Out Project Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with the Contracts Manager
• Create and implement project programmes
• Liaise with the client ensuring a successful line of communication
• Complete all of the client’s requirements to beyond expectation
• Liaise with site teams, discussing tasks and weekly targets
• Monitor budgets and timings making sure they are aligned with the Project Programme
• Monitor and control quality
• Ensure internal and external inspection are passed and processed on each project
• Ensure projects are maintained in accordance with Health and Safety legislation
• Issue monthly reports and provide feedback to Senior Management
• Provide leadership to all of the project team
• Coordinate Site Management meetings

Fit-Out Project Manager Specification:

• Construction Management Degree or Extensive Management background
• 7 years plus experience in a similar role
• Able to manage multiple projects
• Extensive leadership skills
• High attention to detail
• Excellent communication and computer skills
• Full Driving License
