Fitout Project Manager - Limerick

Inform3 are recruiting for a main contractor on a project in Limerick City. The role is for a Fitout PM who will start in February. Project handover will be October of this year.

The right candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience.

Job Title: Fitout Project Manager

Job Location: Limerick City

Sector: Education

Salary: €70,000 - €75,000

The Role

• Co-ordinating and managing of subcontractors
• Ensuring that all work follows safety procedures
• Attending meetings on a weekly basis
• Keeping track of manpower levels for every sub-contractor and making note of all site activities
• Assisting with the control of equipment on site
• Maintaining quality control checks

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years’ experience as Finishing Foreman or Fitout Manager
• Carpentry background
• Able to work to tight deadlines
• Experience on residential projects
• Tier 1 or 2 experience preferred
• Experience in management of sub-contractors
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication skills
