Fit-Out Site & Project Managers – Dublin

INFORM3 are recruiting for Fit-Out Site & Project Managers to work on offices, bars, restaurants and retail units across Dublin. The successful candidates will join a specialist fit-out contractor that has been nominated and presented with countless awards for their top-quality projects. The client is seeking candidates that are like minded with regarding to taking pride in their work and ensuring projects are finished to perfection.

Fit Out Site & Project Managers Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with the Contracts Manager
• Direct and coordinate each site as per the project programme
• Coordinate with the on-site construction team on a regular basis, ensuring all daily and weekly tasks are complete
• Conduct progress meetings, measuring against deadlines
• Regularly make record of site activities and progress with the site diary
• Monitor and control all levels of workmanship
• Ensure internal and external inspection are passed and processed
• Ensuring all aspects of Health and Safety are followed and adhered to
• Check machinery and equipment to ensure that it is fit for purpose
• Record any accidents and report these to the relevant parties immediately
• Alert the various site teams to client’s specific requirements ensuring they expectations are surpassed
• Attend and Chair Site Meetings

Fit-Out Site & Project Managers Specification:

• Construction Management Degree / background
• 4 years plus experience in a similar role
• Preferably from a Fit-Out / Joinery background
• Able to manage and motivate
• Sound knowledge of standards and specifications
• High attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Full Driving License
