Fit-Out Site Manager – Dublin

INFORM3 are recruiting a Fit-Out Site Manager, for commercial and residential projects based in Dublin. The successful candidate will work for a client with specialist experience in the construction industry. The client is known for their award-winning projects and their continuation in producing high quality work. The successful candidate should come from a fit-out / joinery background and experienced in managing several site teams.

Fit Out Site Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with the Project Manager
• Plan and coordinate daily tasks and objectives
• Communicate clearly with the various site teams and ensure work productivity is continually high
• Plan and manage Machinery and Equipment on site
• Order in materials, ensuring there is sufficient stock on site
• Schedule Site Meetings, discussing deadlines and pressing issues
• Carry out site inductions
• Ensure all staff comply with Health & Safety regulations
• Regularly conduct inspections ensuring that workmanship is at a very high standard
• Attend Site Management meetings
• Liaise with the Client when appropriate
• Record any accidents and report these to the relevant parties immediately
• Maintain an accurate site diary

Fit-Out Site Manager Specification:

• Fit-Out Management Background
• 4 years plus experience in a similar role
• Able to manage and motivate
• Sound knowledge of standards and specifications
• High attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Full Driving License
