Fit-Out Site Manager – Northern Ireland

INFORM3 are recruiting to appoint a Fit-Out Site Manager, for projects based in Northern Ireland. The successful candidate will work for a client with a great number of years’ experience within the construction industry. The client is known for their award-winning projects and their continuation in producing high quality work. The successful candidate will be experienced in managing Fit-Out projects and various site teams.

 

Fit-Out Site Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with the Project Manager
  • Coordinate with the on-site construction team on a regular basis, ensuring all daily and weekly tasks are complete
  • Ensure the site is aligned with Health & Safety regulations
  • Adhere to Health & Safety at all times
  • Communicate tasks clearly to the various site teams
  • Check quality of workmanship
  • Coordinate Equipment and Machinery
  • Order materials
  • Chair and coordinate site progress meetings when appropriate
  • Ensure development is made and recorded in the site diary
  • Record any accidents and report these to the relevant parties immediately
  • Attend Site Management meetings

 

Fit-Out Site Manager Specification:

  • Fit-Out / Joinery Background
  • Management experience
  • 4 years plus experience in a similar role
  • Able to manage and motivate
  • Sound knowledge of standards and specifications
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Full Driving License
