Fit-Out Site Manager – Kildare

INFORM3 are recruiting a Fit-Out Site Manager for commercial and residential projects in Kildare. The successful candidate will work on behalf of a specialist contractor who is known for their award-winning projects and their continuation in producing high quality work. The client is seeking a candidate who has a background in fit-out and confident in managing multi-million projects.

Fit Out Site Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with the Project Manager and Senior Management
• Plan site activity in line with the project plan
• Communicate regularly with various site teams regarding weekly objectives
• Coordinate Machinery, Equipment and Materials
• Order in materials when needed
• Monitor quality, ensuring workmanship is at a high standard
• Ensure development is made and recorded in the site diary
• Monitor and control the quality of production
• Ensure internal and external inspection are passed and processed
• Ensuring all aspects of Health and Safety are followed and adhered to
• Record any accidents and report these to the relevant parties immediately
• Attend and schedule site meetings
• Attend Site Management meetings

Fit-Out Site Manager Specification:

• Construction management background
• Fit-Out / Joinery experience
• 5 years plus experience in a similar role
• Able to manage and motivate
• Sound knowledge of standards and specifications
• High attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Full Driving License
