Fit-Out Site Manager – Cork & Dublin

INFORM3 are currently hiring a Fit-Out Site Manager to join a busy Fit-Out Contractor working on retail and commercial projects across Cork & Dublin with further work in NI.

The successful candidate will join a client with over 20 years of experience and knowledge within the sector. The client is known for their forward thinking and innovative approach to projects, making them a desirable contractor to join.

As the client has projects across NI and ROI, they require a candidate that is flexible with travel.


Fit Out Site Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with the Project Manager
  • Review the project programme
  • Coordinate with the on-site construction team on a regular basis, ensuring all daily and weekly tasks are complete
  • Record site development
  • Monitor site quality
  • Process inspections ensuring the site meets health & safety standards
  • Regularly check and coordinate Equipment and Machinery
  • Order in materials
  • Coordinate Site Meetings
  • Complete site inductions and briefings
  • Carryout toolbox talks
  • Liaise with the client responding to any requirements
  • Attend Site management meetings
  • Record any accidents and report these to the relevant parties immediately


Fit Out Site Manager Specification:

  • Site Management background
  • Fit-Out / Joinery Background
  • 4 years plus experience in a similar role
  • Able to manage and motivate
  • Sound knowledge of standards and specifications
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Full Driving License
