Fit-Out Site Manager – Northern Ireland

INFORM3 are currently recruiting for a Fit-Out Site Manager to work on a number of office, retail, hotel and residential projects. The successful candidate will work for a client with over 20 years’ experience in the industry. The client is known for their award-winning projects and their continuation in producing high quality work. The successful candidate will be experienced in managing Fit-Out project, and familiar to working to deadlines.

Fit-Out Site Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with the Project Manager
• Review the Project Programme
• Coordinate the site team providing clear instruction on targets
• Order in materials
• Coordinate Machinery and Equipment
• Conduct site inspections, reviewing quality standards
• Ensure all site staff adhere to health & safety regulations
• Record all site progress in the site diary
• Ensure internal and external inspection are passed and processed
• Record any accidents and report these to the relevant parties immediately
• Conduct Site Meetings
• Carry out Site Inductions
• Liaise with the Client when appropriate

Fit-Out Site Manager Specification:

• Site Management Background
• 4 years plus experience in a similar role
• Preferably from a Fit-Out / Joinery background
• Able to manage and motivate
• Sound knowledge of standards and specifications
• High attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Full Driving License
