Fit-Out Site Manager – NI & UK

INFORM3 are seeking a Fit-Out Site Manager to join a specialist contractor working across NI and the UK on hotels, bars, restaurants and retail projects. The successful candidate should have previous experience managing projects and have a strong fit-out / joinery background.

The client would require the candidate to be flexible with travel.

Fit-Out Site Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Report to the Project Manager
• Coordinate site activities in accordance with the Project Programme
• Communicate weekly targets to the site team
• Record all progress within the site diary
• Record any accidents or incidents on site
• Review quality on site, ensuring standards remain high
• Ensure all staff adhere to Health & Safety regulations at all times
• Attend and chair Site Meetings
• Attend Management meetings
• Ensure internal and external inspection are passed and processed
• Check equipment and machinery to ensure that it is safe and able to provide the work required
• Ensure all site works are completed to the Client’s requirements

Fit-Out Site Manager Specification:

• Site Management background
• 2-4 years plus experience in a similar role
• Preferably from a Fit-Out / Joinery background
• High attention to detail
• Organised and motivated to reach targets
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to use Microsoft Office
• Full Driving License
