Inform3 currently have an opening for a Fitout Site Manager working for a top Fitout Contractor that works on a range of top commercial projects, including work for blue-chip clients.

The role will be mainly based in Dublin & they have just won a range of work & are now seeking another Site Manager to join the management team.

They are a well-established contractor with a high level of turnover.

The suitable candidate should have previous experience in managing fitout projects, preferably commercial works.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to handle and execute client requests.
• Ensure that the companies quality standards are met.
• Manage all materials on site, making sure materials are correct and ordered in time.
• Report directly to Project Manager.
• Ability to work to specified deadlines.
• Ensure all aspects of Health and Safety are followed and adhered to.
• Carry out site inspections.
• Co-ordinate site meetings and file reporting for senior management.
• Co-ordinate equipment and machinery.

Job Specification:

• Full driving license.
• 3+ years relevant work experience.
• Competent on Microsoft Office.
• Preferably from a Fit-Out/Joinery background.
• Ability to manage and motivate site teams.
• Sound knowledge of standards and specifications.
