Fitout Site Manager - Dublin

Inform3 are recruiting for a leading building and fitout company on commercial projects in Dublin.

This particular project is fitout of the offices of a major worldwide company. Set to begin in February and last 35 weeks.

The Company has €150m worth of commercial projects for Dublin City in the pipeline until 2025.

Job Title: Fit-out Site Manager

Job Location: Dublin City

Sector: Commercial fit-out

Salary: €70,000 - €75,000

The Role

• Coordination and supervision of various fit out projects as required by the business.
• Oversee commercial fit out projects and manage manpower on site including, direct staff and subcontractors over multiple sites.
• Supervise works on site and ensure the quality of works and that they are done on time and in budget.
• Plan and coordinate the daily requirements of the site including labour, procurement of materials and meeting deadlines.
• Ensure H&S and Company Policies are adhered to.
• Perform company compliance, H&S and administration procedure and record performance and progress of site operations.

Requirements

• A Degree in Construction Management or similar Trade Qualification.
• A minimum of 7 years proven experience working in the fit-out industry.
• Strong awareness of H&S and Health and Welfare Regulations and ability to implement these regulations on site.
• Experience with large-scale commercial projects
• Ideally carpentry background.
• Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines.
• Strong I.T skills are essential.
