Job Title – Fit-out Site Manager

Project –Commercial

Job Location – Dublin

Salary – €60k - €70k

About the Company

Tier 1 contractor looking to recruit an experienced Site Manager in Dublin. Works currently being done on multiple commercial projects – new build and refurb. Ideal for any Site Managers specialising in fit-out or carpentry. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Site Management for Main Contractor.

The Role

• Oversee projects and manage personnel on site including, direct staff and subcontractors to ensure that productivity levels are high
• Supervise works on site and ensure the quality of works meet requirements, are on time and in budget
• Ensure that work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Plan and coordinate the daily requirements of the site including labour and the procurement of materials in order to meet deadlines
• Report into Project Manager

Requirements

• A Degree in Construction Management or similar
• Min. of 3 years’ experience as a Site Manager for a main contractor
• Ability to manage site programme and associated schedules to meet required deadlines.
• Must have experience in managing commercial projects
