Fit-Out Site Managers & Project Managers – Europe

INFORM3 are currently seeking experienced Fit-Out Site & Project Managers to work on fitting out Data Centres across Amsterdam, Berlin & Frankfurt. The successful candidate will work for a client with over 25 years’ experience in the industry. The client is known for their award-winning projects and their continuation in producing high quality work. The successful candidates must be extremely confident with multi-tasking, ensuring work is finished to a high standard and within budget.

Fit Out Site Managers & Project Managers Key Responsibilities:

• Report to the Contracts Manager
• Review Project Programmes
• Coordinate various site teams
• Establish deadlines and targets
• Conduct Site inspections paying particular attention to quality
• Record progress in the site diary
• Order in materials
• Control Machinery and Equipment
• Ensure all site teams adhere to health & safety
• Record any incidents and report these to the appropriate parties
• Attend Site Meetings
• Liaise with the client regarding specific requirements
• Produce reports for Senior Management

Fit-Out Site Managers & Project Managers Specification:

• Fit-Out / Joinery Background
• 5 years plus experience in a similar role
• Excellent eye for detail
• Able to motivate site teams
• Sound knowledge of standards and specifications
• Excellent communication skills
• Full Driving License
