INFORM3 Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a Main Contractor for:

Job Title – Foreman – Façade Package

Project – Mixed Commercial and Residential  

Job Location – Belfast  

Salary – £35K - £40K + travel

About the Company

Top 40 Contractor who specialises in external solutions across multiple industry sectors.  

The Foreman will be responsible for managing external envelopes on a range of projects across Northern Ireland – mainly Belfast/ Antrim Area.  

My client boasts a positive reputation and very high staff retention.   

The Role

• Ensure that project design solutions are delivered to the highest standards and meet client standards
• Provide Technical support to the Project Team and host weekly meetings to update on progress
• Manage the successful installation and delivery of the whole building envelope
• Co-ordination of the supply chain procurement process
• Assist with build ability issues and value engineering related to the external envelope.
• Manage meetings with the design team and specialist contractors
• Oversee the relevant Site Managers driving the on-site delivery
• Maintain a continuous focus on Health & Safety and Quality Assurance
• Deliver projects on time and within budget

Requirements

• Relevant Trades Qualification of HND/ Degree Qualification
• Minimum of 3 years in a management position
• Demonstrable record of working with clients and stakeholders
• Experience coordinating multiple teams of site personnel and subcontractors
• Experience with Cladding, Curtain walling, Facades and Roofing systems is desirable.
• IT and standard industry software skills
• Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with all levels of staff and clients
