Foreman (Structure/ On the Ground) - Belfast

INFORM3 Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a Main Contractor for:

Job Title – On the Ground Foreman

Project – Residential Project

Job Location – Belfast

Salary -£40K- £45K

About the Company

Working on Residential projects in Belfast with a reputable Main Contractor. The project is due to start at the end of August so they require someone to start Fairly soon. This is an on the ground foreman role which requires experience taking a project from green field to completion.

The Role

• Being present and contributing to Toolbox talks.
• Supporting the Site Manager with H&S and Compliance on site.
• Manage Man power and materials on site to ensure smooth running of the project.
• Support the Project Manager/ Contracts Manager/ Senior Engineer to ensure works are completed as per programme and to a high standard.
• Maintain excellent relationships with the construction management team, subcontractors and site personnel.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience as an on the Ground Foreman.
• Experience with retained walls desirable.
• Trade’s background – blockwork is desirable.
• Experience working on residential project from greenfield to completion is essential.
• Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
