Foreman / Site Supervisor – Northern Ireland

 

INFORM3 are looking to appoint a Civils Foreman, for projects based in Northern Ireland. The successful candidate will work on behalf of a client has a strong believe in delivering top quality workmanship, completed projects on time and within the allocated budget. It is vital that the Foreman is an integral member of the Site operations team who manages the team. The Foreman will be responsible for the effective and efficient running of the site throughout the delivery of a project.

 

 

Foreman / Site Supervisor Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for supervising and co-ordinating teams of direct labour and specialist sub-contractors and sub-contract labour, meeting targets and deadlines the contract.
  • To assist with providing information for completion of daily site diary, allocation sheets, time sheets, record of labour, progress report sheets, plant returns, material returns and local site purchase sheets.
  • Contribute to and measurement of performance against programme.
  • Production of outputs and performance measurement.
  • Liaison with project managers for removal and installation of plant and equipment.
  • Daily briefings to operatives and set a good personal example.
  • Ensure the highest standard of safety protocols are established and implemented on site.
  • Maintain site harmony through understanding of site IR procedures.
  • Understanding the interfaces between trades.
  • To provide a safe place of work that complies with current legislation.
  • To run the site as directed by the Project Management Plan.
  • Be aware of responsibilities from the HSEQ policies

 

 

Required Qualifications/Experience:

  • Proven track record of successful project delivery
  • Relevant experience in multiple civil engineering activities
  • Experience in heavy plant operations – desirable, not essential.
  • Earthworks and muck shifting etc
