Job Title – Site Foreman

Project – Commercial / Industrial

Job Location - Dublin

Salary – €55k - €65k

About the Company

An exciting opportunity to work with multi award winning contactor. The role will be full time, permanent. The are looking for someone to start fairly soon.

The Role

• Plan daily resourcing and control of site labour and ordering of materials, completing daily site diary and relevant weekly paperwork in accordance with company policy.
• Day to day management and supervision of operations on site as well as managing labour and subcontractors and all personnel on site.
• Ensure Health and Safety practices are adhered to.
• Help manage project in line with the agreed production targets.
• Carry out company compliance and administration procedures and recording performance and progress of site operations.
• Attendance and reporting at site meetings.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Site Foreman.
• Trade Qualification / Construction Qualification.
• Strong sense of ownership over projects.
• Carpentry background desirable.
• Commercial / Industrial refurbishment experience desirable.
