Job Title – Foreman/ Section Manager

Project – Apartments

Job Location – North City Dublin

Salary – €60K-€70K

Working on an apartment development with a Top Tier building contractor in North Dublin. Project is valued at €50M+ past projects have been valued at €100M +

The Role

• Coordination and supervision of the construction of Residential development.
• Act as a point of contact for direct staff, subcontractors, clients and design team.
• Report into and support the Site manager, Project Manager and Company Director.  
• Oversee commercial and residential projects and manage manpower on site including, direct staff and subcontractors and consult with local authorities when needed.
• Oversee the procurement of materials and ensure that site requirements are met without exceeding budget.
• Managing sub-contractors and personnel on site to ensure that productivity levels are high.
• Ensure that company policies including H&S policies are adhered to on site.
• Host tool box talks and meetings with direct staff to outline the works required.

Requirements

• A Degree in Construction Management or Trade Background.
• A minimum of 3 years proven experience in a similar role.
• Experience working on high-rise and high-density buildings is preferred.
