Job Title – Foreman

Project – Apartments

Job Location – Louth

Salary – €55K-€65K

About the Company

Working on an apartment development/ conversion in Louth with a main building contractor who specialise in residential, commercial and industrial developments in North Leinster. Project values range between €5M and €30M.

The Role

• Coordination and supervision of the construction of Residential development.
• Report into and support the Site manager, Project Manager and Company Director.  
• Oversee residential projects and manage manpower on site including, direct staff and subcontractors and consult with local authorities when needed.
• Assist with the procurement of materials and ensure that site requirements are met without exceeding budget.
• Manage sub-contractors and personnel on site to ensure that productivity levels are high.
• Ensure that company policies including H&S policies are adhered to on site.

Requirements

• A Degree in Construction Management or Trade Background.
• A minimum of 3 years proven experience in a similar role.
• Experience working on residential projects
