Job Title – Foreman

Project – Commercial Refurb

Job Location – Westmeath

Salary – €55K-€65K

About the Company

Working on a commercial refurbishment development with a reputable Main Building Contractor. The project is due to start in the new year and will run for a minimum of 12 months.  

The Role

• Coordination and supervision of the construction of Residential development.
• Act as a point of contact for direct staff, subcontractors, clients and design team.
• Report into and support the Site Project Manager and Company Director.  
• Oversee and manage a commercial refurbishment and manage manpower on site including, direct staff and subcontractors and consult with local authorities when needed.
• Oversee the procurement of materials and ensure that site requirements are met without exceeding budget.
• Managing sub-contractors and personnel on site to ensure that productivity levels are high and works are completed on time and within budget.  
• Ensure that company policies including H&S policies are adhered to on site.

Requirements

• A Degree in Construction Management or Trade Background.
• A minimum of 3 years proven experience in a similar role.
• Experience working on refurbishment projects and live sites is preferred.
