Job Title – Foreman

Project – Residential  

Job Location – Meath

Salary – €55K-€65K

About the Company

One of Irelands most reputable Property Developers who specialise in high volume/ High density residential new build developments in Leinster.

The Role

• Coordination and supervision of the construction of Residential development.
• Act as a point of contact for direct staff, subcontractors, clients and design team.
• Report into and support the Site Manager
• Oversee and manage a residential project and manage manpower on site including, direct staff and subcontractors.
• Oversee the procurement of materials and ensure that site requirements are met without exceeding budget.
• Managing sub-contractors, trades and personnel on site to ensure that productivity levels are high and works are completed on time and within budget.  
• Ensure that company policies including H&S policies are adhered to on site.

Requirements

• A Degree in Construction Management or Trade Background.
• A minimum of 3 years proven experience in a similar role.
• Experience working on residential projects is preferred.
