Job Title –Foreman

Project – Commercial

Job Location – Kildare

Salary – €50k - €60k

About the Company

Tier 2 contractor is looking to add an experienced Construction Foreman to their team. Currently for works on a commercial build in Kildare – but tendering for further projects early 2023. Provides strong potential for long-term work with contractor.

The Role

• Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with the specification programme
• Attending weekly management team meeting 
• Maintain quality control checks
• Assist in the controlling of on-site equipment
• Ensure work is carried out to the highest of standards
• Maintaining the site diary – recording manpower levels for each sub-contractor and keeping detailed notes of all site activities

Requirements

• Minimum of 4+ years’ experience as a Site Foreman
• Experience of working on housing projects with a main contractor
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
