Foreman - £3M Commercial Refurbishment - Tyrone

Job Title – Foreman

Project – Commercial £3M Project

Job Location – Monaghan / Fermanagh / Tyrone

Salary – up to £40K with Travel   

About the Company

Working with a very reputable company who specialise in delivering commercial refurbishments and new build residential projects across Tyrone, Fermanagh and bordering ROI Counties. Projects range in value from £500K to £5M.

This project requires a strong Foreman to finish off a commercial development (3/4 months left) before working on a mixture of projects across Fermanagh and Tyrone. Permanent role.

Immediate starts available.

The Role

• Coordination and supervision of the construction of new build developments and refurbishments.
• Be the number one on site for all activities and act as a point of contact for direct staff, subcontractors, clients and design team.
• Report into and support the Company Director and Contracts Managers.
• Managing sub-contractors and personnel on site to ensure that productivity levels are high.
• Supervise works on site and ensure the quality of works
• Plan and coordinate the daily requirements of the site including labour, procurement of materials, and meeting deadlines.
• Ensure that company policies including H&S policies are adhered to on site.

Requirements

• A Degree in Construction Management or similar Trade Qualification.
• A minimum of 5 years proven experience with a Main Contractor.
• Carpentry or Joinery background is desirable.
• Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines.
