Gas Engineer - Northern Ireland

Gas Engineer                         Northern Ireland Based               Salary: Competitive

A leading M&E facilities company based in County Down are currently on the lookout for a Gas Engineer with at least 2+ years’ experience to join their team and report to the Contracts Manager on a daily basis.

They are ideally looking for a strong candidate who is Gas Certified and has experience in construction/plumbing/heating industry.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out Responsive repairs to tenanted properties.
• Carry our works in voids properties.
• Carry our gas and oil servicing as required.
• Itemize the work to be carried out in customers’ dwellings and premises.
• Carry out the actual work to the high-quality standards that the organization expects.
• Undertake any other duty deemed necessary by Management, to ensure the efficient running of the business.
• Adhere to all health & safety regulations and company policy at all times.
• Report any accidents or issues regarding health & safety appropriately

Qualifications And Experience:

• Degree or Equivalent in Plumbing.
• Eligible for OFTEC and On Gas safe Register.
• Completed oil training courses.
• Completed and up to date Gas qualifications and either be gas certified.
• Valid CSR Card or formal Health and Safety Training.
• Full UK Driving License (Travel Required).
• Experience in construction or plumbing and heating industry.
