General Foreman (Groundworks)

Rightpath Recruitment are looking for an experienced groundworks foreman for a busy site in Dublin City Centre. Project will be £20M + and you will be working directly for the main contractor on each site

This Main Contractor are a fast-growing, ambitious Civil Engineering and Design and Build Compnay who work across Ireland (Mostly Dublin). They are looking to recruit for highly capable and experienced Foreman to assist the company in managing new projects secured throughout the region.

You will be responsible for the day to day running of your own site reporting to only the project manager.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background working on large sites covering a lot of groundworks and utilities.

Duties

• Driving the team forward to meet deadlines
• Weekly meetings with main contractor
• Assist Project and Contract Managers
• Managing the site operatives

• Tool Box Talks
• Morning Briefings
• Health and Safety
• Site Paperwork - Permits / RAMS etc..
• Cover for the Site Manager when not onsite

Experience Required

• - Experience in Civils
• - Experience in Deep Drainage, Utilities, Landscaping and Groundworks
