Graduate Civil Engineer – Northern Ireland
INFORM3 are currently recruiting a Graduate Civil Engineer for civil projects in Northern Ireland. The client has a number of years’ experience in construction and specialist knowledge within Civil Engineering. The client is extremely busy and seeking to expand upon their team with a Graduate Civil Engineer.
The successful candidate will have a Civil Engineering Degree and previous experience working on Civil projects featuring water, utilities and groundworks.
Graduate Civil Engineer Responsibilities:
- Liaise regularly with the Senior Engineer and Site Management Team
- Regularly check site drawings and specifications to ensure there is no omissions or oversights
- Be a point of contact for technical queries
- Work alongside the Senior Engineer to complete setting out and surveying
- Supervise on site works
- Complete site reports
- Order in materials when needed
- Complete site documentation and ensure it is ready for review at site meetings
- Adhere to Health and Safety
- Attend meetings on site progress
- Attend Health & Safety Briefings
- Complete any other duties when required
Graduate Civil Engineer Specification:
- Civil Engineering Degree
- 6 months’ plus experience
- Experience working on civil projects
- Setting Out and Surveying knowledge
- Experience in using Microsoft Office
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively
- Full Clean Driving License
