Job Title – Graduate Site Engineer
Project – Primary Care Centre
Job Location – Dublin
Salary – €30,000 - €40,000
About the Company
This is an amazing opportunity for any graduate of Engineering or Construction Management to kickstart their career in engineering with a contractor that is dedicated to investing in their employees and genuine career progression. The successful candidate will be working with an experienced Senior Engineer and Site Manager on a primary care centre in Dublin.
The Role
- Setting out and checking works as required for the project and ensuring all works are completed in line with project drawings specifications and building regulations.
- Liaise with sub-contractors and personnel on site in in the planning and construction of the project.
- Support the Project Manager/ Contracts Manager/ Senior Site Engineer to ensure works are completed as per programme and to a high standard.
- Maintain excellent relationships with the construction management team, subcontractors and site personnel.
Requirements
- A Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
- Ability to use setting out instruments is essential and being competent in all aspects of set out, survey & level, temporary works co-ordination.
- Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint.
- Placement experience as a junior engineer.
