Graduate Engineer - Belfast

INFORM3 are currently on the lookout for a Graduate Engineer to join our client’s company that are based in Monkstown, Newtownabbey that is easily commutable from Belfast, Antrim and Carrickfergus.

Our client provides specialist services to some of the largest companies nationwide, offering a number of different avenues for an engineer to go down to progress and expand their skillset.

Roles Include:

• You will report to a few different managers which will be dependant on your assignment that is set out to you.
• You will be flexible across the board within the engineering environment which you will expose and gain more knowledge and understanding of the business and customers.
• Develop skills and knowledge to be able to help manage and design projects.
• Learning all aspects within the business to help you become more involved and gather experience to become more of an engineer.
• Assist and manage projects and help with the reduce of costs and cycle time.
• Be involved in the Quality Reviews and processes that are carried out.
• You will be involved with the R&D Department to help with the projects.
• To understand the structure and data of BOM, component parts and production routings.
• Ensuring a high standard of Health & Safety and ensure they applied at all times.
• To help with the continuous improvement of BOM and along with any maintenance that is required.

Criteria:

• Degree in Engineering or relevant field or expecting to Graduate.
• Excellent Verbal and Non-Verbal Communication skills.
• MS Office efficient.
• Excellent analytical and practical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work on your own initiative and as a team.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
