Job Title – Graduate/ Junior Site Engineer (Building)
Project – Apartments
Job Location – Dublin
Salary – €30K-€35K
About the Company
Fantastic opportunity to work on a high value residential project in North Dublin – project has at least 2.5years total duration that is due to start next week.
This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate engineer to get experience working on residential projects from start, through all phases- which will look amazing on your CV!
There will be a full site team and excellent support for the successful candidate.
The Role
- Setting out and checking works as required for the project and ensuring all works are completed in line with project drawings specifications and building regulations.
- Liaise with sub-contractors and personnel on site in in the planning and construction of the project.
- Support the Project Manager/ Contracts Manager/ Senior Engineer to ensure works are completed as per programme and to a high standard.
- Maintain excellent relationships with the construction management team, subcontractors and site personnel.
- Use and be responsible for setting out equipment.
Requirements
- A Recent Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- Ambitious to progress in their role.
- Ideally will have completed a placement during college but this is not essential.
- Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint.
