Inform3 is recruiting for one of the North Easts premier building and civil engineering contractors for the role of graduate/ junior quantity surveyor.

For over 20 years the organisation has delivered services in both the construction and civil engineering industry. The successful candidate will be working with an award-winning project team on a residential scheme. The organisation offers a very competitive salary and package.

Duties:

• Assisting senior Quantity surveyors with monthly cost/ value reports
• Assisting in the preparation and submitting of monthly valuations
• Assisting in the preparation of final accounts
• Negotiation of accounts and quotations
• Assist with general administration/ management of all staff
• Liaise with members of other times

Criteria:

• BSc degree in quantity Surveying
• 1+ years’ experience
•  Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent numeracy skills
• The ability to work in a team as well as an individual
• The ability to use own initiative
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
