Graduate Quantity Surveyor –Armagh
The Company
A bespoke manufacturer and specialist fit out company in Armagh are looking to offer an amazing opportunity to a Graduate Quantity Surveyor.
Working in areas such as Hospitality, Residential, Commercial, Heritage & Culture and Marine you will gain invaluable experience at the start of your career. You will receive support and mentoring in order to develop your knowledge and skills and have the support and guidance of Senior QS and the commercial team.
The Role
- Preparing, negotiating and analysing costs for tenders and contracts
- Ensure sub-contractors are pre-qualified in accordance with management systems
- Procurement of sub-contractors and preparation of sub-contractor order documentation
- Assessing and certification of sub-contractor interim payments
- Preparation of Interim valuations and final account
- Managing and valuing variations
- Production of monthly Cost Value Reconciliation on contracts
- Establish, maintain and enhance effective working relationships
- Plan, allocate and evaluate work carried out by teams, individuals and yourself
What you need
- Degree Qualified
- Full clean driver license
- Proficient in Microsoft and Excel.
