Graduate Site Manager - Dublin

Job Title – Site Manager

Project – Educational Build (€400k)

Job Location - Dublin

Salary – €25k - €30k

About the Company

An exciting opportunity for a construction (or similar) Graduate to begin a career in Site Management in Dublin with a company who are keen to help them progress in their career.

Thius busy contractor have a number of projects lined up in Dublin. The successful candidate would be working on an educational development in Dublin and shadowing an experienced Site Manager.

The Role

• Day to day management of operations on site as well as managing labour and subcontractors and all personnel on site.
• Ensure Health and Safety practices are adhered to.
• Help manage project in line with the agreed production targets.
• Attendance and reporting at site meetings.

Requirements

• Enthusiastic and hard working.
• Placement experience in engineering or site management.
• Trade Qualification / Construction Qualification.
• Strong sense of ownership over projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
