A leading Manufacturing Company are currently looking for a Graduate Technical Engineer to join their ever-expanding business. They require a Technical Engineer to come on board and ensure all technical aspects of the business are up to standards for operating procedures.

The role offers the chance to join a great team with high ambitions. The successful candidate will be presented with the opportunity to work on new and innovative projects and grow with the company as it continually progresses through the industry.

Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Support the engineering team during planning, design, development, installation, maintenance and troubleshooting process of all manufacturing equipment and projects.
  • Carry out scheduled technical maintenance tasks in maintaining site assets and ensuring equipment availability.
  • Inspection of all manufacturing and technical equipment in order help with production efficiency.
  • Develop preventative technical maintenance strategies through analysing existing systems and operations.
  • Ensure projects are completed on schedule through communicating with other engineers and team members.
  • Provide technical expertise to multiple projects and budgets.
  • Suggest ideas for continuous improvement within manufacturing and operations, and assist in the implementation of ideas put forward.
  • Work with the operations department to ensure optimal flow and working of technical equipment.
  • Preform any relevant site visits if requested.

Experience and Knowledge:

The candidate should have one year’s relevant experience in a similar role with comparable responsibilities. They should also hold a degree in Chemical Engineering or similar and have a keen interest in the Manufacturing industry.
