Job Title: Groundworks Foreman

Job Location: Liverpool

Very busy Irish contractor is looking for an experienced groundworks foreman to oversee a large groundwork project in Liverpool.

The Role:

• Managing day to day running of construction site
• Working in a multi-functionary team environment
• Ensuring that all work follows safety procedures
• Cooperating with the Site and Project Manager
• Attending meetings on a weekly basis
• Keeping track of manpower levels for each sub-contractor and keeping making note of all site activities
• Assisting with the control of equipment on site
• Maintaining quality control checks

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in Groundworks
• Experience in main contracting
• Must come from a trades background
• Responsibility
• Team Work
