Groundworks Foreman

INFORM3 are recruiting for a Groundworks Foreman for a civils groundworks project in North Cork. The client is a busy building Contractor who offer exceptional quality of work in all areas of construction both large and small.

Groundworks Foreman Job Spec:

• Managing day to day running of construction site
• Working in a multi-functionary team environment
• Managing sub-contractor
• Ensuring that all work follows safety procedures
• Reporting to the Contracts Manager
• Attending meetings on a weekly basis
• Keeping track of manpower levels for each sub-contractor and keeping making note of all site activities
• Assisting with the control of equipment on site
• Maintaining quality control checks

Groundworks Foreman Job Requirements:

• 4+ years’ experience in Groundworks
• Experience in main contracting
• Must come from a trades background
• Responsibility
• Team Work
