Groundworks Site Agent – Dublin


INFORM3 are looking to appoint a Groundworks Site Agent, for Housing Development projects based in Dublin. The client has over 15 years’ experience in the construction industry and have completed an extensive amount of projects with outstanding feedback from their own clients.. The successful candidate will be experienced in managing staff and operating within housing sites and setting out.

The client requires a Groundworks Site Agent to have a background in Civil Engineering and managing multiple sites.



Groundworks Site Agent Key Responsibilities:

  • Report to Senior Management on daily and weekly progress
  • Responsible for supervising and co-ordinating teams, leading by example to junior members of staff
  • Ensure Site Staff complete daily objectives and tasks
  • Planning, procurement and coordination of labour, materials, and plant
  • Provide assistance in emergency situations as directed by site management
  • To attend sub contractors’ meetings and site staff meetings
  • To liaise with the site management team passing on relevant information on regular basis
  • To co-ordinate the works in accordance with the relevant programme of work
  • Setting Out, Levelling and surveying the site
  • Management of Health & Safety on site
  • Management of Materials and Waste



Required Qualifications/Experience:

  • 5 + years’ experience in a similar role
  • Civil Engineering Background
  • Good working knowledge of civils practices and regulations
  • Experience of managing civils teams
  • Confident in using Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Enthusiasm and a positive attitude
  • Driving license
