Office Admin/H&S Advisor

Job Location: South Down
 

Our well established client based in South Down are currently on the lookout for an Office Admin/Health & Safety Advisor who has a good knowledge and experience within data entry, completing contracts for stock within the company, aspiring to progress in health and safety sector.

This is a great opportunity to join the companies growing team and further develop your knowledge and skills within the talent officer process and provide your knowledge and experience on a daily basis.

Duties Include:

  • Responsible for updating all information as needed.
  • Ensure company is Health & Safety Compliant, and records are accurately maintained.
  • Attending recruitment fairs and events when required.
  • Handling telephone calls and customer enquiries when needed.
  • You will support all office staff with any administration enquiries they may have.
  • Provide PA and administrative support.
  • Printing, scanning, shredding and other standard administrative duties.
  • Implementing new procedures and policies for the office.
  • ADHOC administration support as required.

 

Essential Criteria:

  • 1-2 years’ experience within Administrator Role/Data Entry Role.
  • Experience within manufacturing Environment advantageous.
  • Excellent Verbal and Non-Verbal Communication.
  • Attention to detail and able to work under pressure.
