Job Title – H&S Advisor
Project – Construction – Building
Job Location – Mainland EU
Salary – €50,000 – 65,000 + competitive travel package

About the Company
Industry leading main contractor specialising in new build and fit out projects across ROI and EU with a strong pipeline of work ahead.
The successful applicant will join an experienced team based in Germany with the opportunity to work on huge projects and avail of genuine progression opportunities in to H&S Management.
They are keen to chat to ambitious H&S Professionals who have minimum of 1 years in the construction sector in Ireland with a Main Contractor
Due to the nature of this role – applicants must have an EU Passport
The Role
- Report into the Health & Safety Manager
- Keep staff aware of Health & Safety policies and procedures
- Communicate with Senior Management and Site teams on Health and Safety requirements for site
- Carry out Audits on site and relay results to senior management
- Devise and implement strategies to improve H&S on site and in office
- Uphold PPE Stocks, ensuring staff are well equipped for site work
- Maintain the promotion of Health and Safety on site and its presence
- Carry out method Statements, COSHH assessments, toolbox talks, O&M manuals etc
- Organise site visits, assessments and reporting
- Provide information to support pre-qualification requirements for various clients
Requirements
- Minimum Level 7 in Occupational H&S
- 1 year working with a contractor in ROI is essential
- EU Passport with no pre-existing restrictions on travel or work in the EU
- Understanding ISO Management Systems
- NEBOSH certification desired
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint.
