Health & Safety Advisor – (all levels)
ROI – Dublin and Midlands
INFORM3 are currently recruiting Health & Safety Advisors at all levels for civils utility projects in Midlands and Dublin area. The client is renowned civils contractor known for their high-quality workmanship and extremely organised approach to each project that they work on.
Health & Safety Advisor Responsibilities:
- Report into the Health & Safety Manager
- Keep staff aware of Health & Safety policies and procedures
- Communicate with Senior Management and Site teams on Health and Safety requirements for site
- Carry out Audits on site and relay results to senior management
- Devise and implement strategies to improve H&S on site and in office
- Uphold PPE Stocks, ensuring staff are well equipped for site work
- Maintain the promotion of Health and Safety on site and its presence
- Carry out method Statements, COSHH assessments, toolbox talks, O&M manuals etc
- Organise site visits, assessments and reporting
- Provide information to support pre-qualification requirements for various clients
Health & Safety Advisor Specification:
- Health & Safety background, 1 + years relevant experience
- NEBOSH certification - preferred
- ISO 9001 & 14001 Experience
- Experience in ROI Construction
- Team player, who has the ability to self-start and work independently
- Motivated to learn and grow within the role
