Health & Safety Manager – Kildare


INFORM3 are currently recruiting a Health & Safety Manager for work in Kildare and Wicklow. The candidate will work for a Construction Contractor with over 20 years’ experience in the industry. The client takes extreme pride in all of their projects and is known to always exceed their own client’s expectations.

The successful candidate will be highly knowledgeable with Health & Safety on construction sites and managing Health & Safety teams.


Health & Safety Manager Responsibilities:

  • Report into the Senior Management Team
  • Lead and coordinate Health & Safety Officers
  • Construct Health & Safety plans
  • Manage Health & Safety on several projects
  • Ensure Health and Safety policies are maintained and updated
  • Communicate daily with Site Management in regards to current contracts and requirements
  • Ensure Health and Safety awareness is raised amongst management and the site teams
  • Implement Method Statements, COSHH assessments, toolbox talks, O&M manuals etc
  • Organise and coordinate training for site teams
  • Coordinate site visits, assessments and reporting
  • Attend Health & Safety meetings with clients and site teams
  • Complete any other duties as and when required


Health & Safety Manager Specification:

  • Health & Safety background
  • 3 plus years relevant experience
  • Experience in managing a team
  • NEBOSH certification - preferred
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • Able to motivate and lead by example
  • Confident in using Microsoft Office
  • Full Driving License
