Very active Facades Company who are working on large projects in the commercial and industrial sector. Often working alongside Tier 1 and 2 Contractors on major projects. The role requires a motivated individual who is looking to grow with the company and is able to be mobile across three different counties; Cavan, Dublin & Kildare.
Job Title: Health & Safety Officer
Job Location: Cavan, Dublin & Kildare
Salary: €50k-€60k
Sector: Commercial & Industrial
The role:
- Report into the Health & Safety Manager
- Keep staff aware of Health & Safety policies and procedures
- Communicate with Senior Management and Site teams on Health and Safety requirements for site
- Uphold PPE Stocks, ensuring staff are well equipped for site work
- Maintain the promotion of Health and Safety on site and its presence
- Carry out method Statements, COSHH assessments, toolbox talks, O&M manuals etc
- Organise site visits, assessments and reporting
- Provide information to support pre-qualification requirements for various clients
Job requirements:
- Health & Safety qualification
- Full Driving License
- 3+ years in a relevant position
- NEBOSH certification desired
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Ability to use Microsoft Office
