HR Manager Galway/Hybrid €45-55k
We are recruiting for a self-motivated HR Manager who will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive HR service for our client based in County Galway.
This role is a great opportunity for an individual to make an impact on a rapidly expanding business operating within the construction sector.
The ideal candidate will be able to confidently handle large volumes of confidential and sensitive personal information whilst having the ability to prioritise workloads effectively and balance deadlines effectively.
Responsibilities
- Support current and future business needs through the development and engagement of staff, nurturing the positive working environment
- Support the recruitment and onboarding process
- Develop and implement benefits, reward and recognition policies that support employee attraction, retention and motivation to deliver business results.
- Maintain and update staff records
- Ensuring these policies are reviewed regularly, executed fairly and with transparency.
- Administrative tasks
- Prepare HR and company policies and procedures.
Requirement:
- Significant HR experience within the Construction sector
- Able to take responsibility for your own work as well as support your colleagues in maintaining high standards
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills
