Job Location – West Co. Dublin

Salary – €60K - €65K BOE

 

About the Company:

Our client based in West Co. Dublin are currently seeking a HR Manager to join their team. As a HR Manager you will lead the Human Resources department, sit on the Leadership Team as a strategic partner while overseeing employee-related functions for 200+ Employees.

You will manage the full recruitment life cycle, including job description creation, interviewing, and onboarding, handle disciplinary cases, grievances, and mediation of staff disputes, implement performance management and review systems, training programs, and career development initiatives.

You will also have 1 Direct report of HR Admin working part time Monday – Wednesday.

 

Duties Include:

  • Provide Professional, comprehensive and confidential Human Resource support to the company leaders, Supervisors and Managers, to facilitate the achievement of business goals and strategy.
  • Ensure that the company operates within the employment law framework and company policies.
  • Provide training and coaching to departmental managers on the company’s processes and procedures.
  • Responsible for recruitment and selection (High Volume) of all staff.
  • Manage the Time and Attendance system, liaises with departmental heads accordingly and ensure all employee information held on the system is correct and up to date. 
  • Ensure all payroll is processed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Produce HR reports when required including overtime, attendance, compliance reports etc.
  • Manage effective grievance and disciplinary procedures and ensure integrity of policy, procedure and documentation. 
  • Create and Maintain H.R. SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and ensure that such are easily accessible and understood by all.
  • To take on additional projects from outside the remit of Human Resources as required.

 

Essential Criteria:

  • Third Level Degree in a HR related Discipline.
  • Minimum 8+ years’ experience as a HR Manager in a high-volume production environment.
  • Experience in Employee Relations (Grievance, Disciplinary, People Management, Performance Management).
  • Excellent organisational and planned approach to work.
  • Willingness to develop and adapt to new situations.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, One Drive, Share Point)
  • Dependable and ability to work within a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
