HR Officer              Cookstown Co. Tyrone                      £23-25K

******************** 9-12 Month Fixed Term Contract *********************

A successful Manufacturing company based in Cookstown in County Tyrone are currently on the lookout for a Talent Officer who has a good knowledge and experience within the function of supporting employee life cycle through recruitment, culture & engagement activities and data management.

Duties Include:

  • Responsible for updating HR with information as needed including all new hires and terminations.
  • Looking after each payroll cycle and will be in charge of processing and completing payroll for multiple employees.
  • Attending recruitment fairs and events when required.
  • Handling telephone calls and customer enquiries when needed.
  • You will support all office staff with any administration enquiries they may have.
  • Ensure company is Health & Safety Compliant, and records are accurately maintained.
  • Provide PA and administrative support to the Managing Director.
  • Printing, scanning, shredding and other standard administrative duties.
  • Implementing new procedures and policies for the office.
  • ADHOC administration support as required.

Essential Criteria:

  • Degree level within HR or Business-Related discipline.
  • 1-2 years’ experience within a HR Administrator Role.
  • CIPD Level 5 Advantageous.
  • Experience within manufacturing Environment advantageous.
  • Knowledge and understanding of recruitment and employee relations.
  • Excellent Verbal and Non-Verbal Communication.
  • Attention to detail and able to work under pressure.
