Job Title – HSE Manager
Job Location – Co. Tyrone (Office and Site Based)
Salary – £40K-£50K
About the Company:
Our successful Tier 2, Main Building Contractor that work on range of commercial and residential projects are currently on the lookout for a Health & Safety Manager to join their team.
This key role will assist the company in ensuring compliance within their responsibilities under all relevant Health and Safety Legislation.
The role requires an individual with the drive to enhance and develop our culture of health and safety management ensuring our processes and systems are aligned with current legislation and best practice
The Role:
- Ensuring sites are fully compliant with all Health & Safety legislation requirements.
- Organise and chair all HSEQ Meetings and prepare monthly Health and Safety performance reports to present to the Senior Management Team.
- Ensure company Accreditations and contractual compliance is maintained for Health and Safety.
- Responsible for the maintenance of Group Health & Safety management systems across the group.
- Visit sites when required to carry out all Health & Safety legislations.
- Management of maintaining and continuous improvement of all Health & Safety policies ensuring that local legislation requirements are met by keeping up to date with legislation across all jurisdictions.
Requirements:
- NEBOSH qualified and/or Membership of IOSH certificate.
- Ideally have 5 years’ experience within the Construction sector.
- Experience of managing a H&S team within a multi-site environment.
- Strong knowledge of current legislation across UK and Ireland.
- Must have experience maintaining and working to ISO standards.
- Clean UK Driver’s License.
