HSE Officers – Dublin
INFORM3 are currently recruiting HSE Officers for Dublin. The candidate will work for a Building Contractor who have an extensive amount of experience and knowledge within the industry. The client takes extreme pride in all of their projects and is known to always exceed their own client’s expectations.
The successful candidates will need to be experienced in managing health & safety, and environmental activities on site, candidates will need to have previously worked with a construction contractor.
HSE Officers Responsibilities:
- Report into the Health & Safety Manager
- Conduct Site Inspections involving audits and site walks
- Complete reporting on each project
- Maintain updated with current Health, Safety and Environmental regulations
- Conduct Health & Safety briefings
- Complete Site inductions
- Liaise with Senior Management and Site teams on Health and Safety requirements for site
- Ensure all waste and materials are removed appropiately and other environmental factors are considered
- Maintain the promotion of Health and Safety on site and its presence
- Implement Method Statements, COSHH assessments, toolbox talks, O&M manuals etc
- Coordinate training for site staff
- Attend Site Meetings
- Liaise with Clients / Consultancies when required
- Maintain PPE Stocks, ensuring staff are well equipped for site work
HSE Officers Specification:
- Health & Safety Degree / Diploma
- 3 years plus experience in a relevant position
- NEBOSH certification - preferred
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Confident in the use of Microsoft Office
- Full Driving License
