HSEQ Manager / Senior HSEQ Officer – Dublin
INFORM3 are currently recruiting a HSEQ Manager / Senior HSEQ Officer for work in Dublin. The client is a large Building Contractor with over 50 years of knowledge within the construction industry. The client is seeking an extremely knowledgeable and experienced candidate that is capable of managing health & safety activities and a team on several projects within the Dublin area.
HSEQ Manager / Senior HSEQ Officer Responsibilities:
- Liaise with the Project and Contracts Manager
- Maintain knowledge on current Health & Safety regulations, updating the company’s policies and procedures accordingly
- Meet with Clients and Consultancies regarding Health & Safety requirements
- Liaise with Site Management raising awareness of requirements and coordinate plans
- Organise and Coordinate Health & Safety Officers / Advisors across several projects
- Gather reports from the Health & Safety Team
- Complete Site Inspections and Audits
- Investigate into any accidents or incidents
- Complete Health & Safety meetings with the Health & Safety team
- Ensure training for staff is continually delivered, keep all staff up to date
- Attend Senior Management meetings discussing reports
Health & Safety Officer Specification:
- Health & Safety Degree / Diploma / Qualification
- 10 years plus experience
- NEBOSH certification - preferred
- Highly organised
- Confident in communication
- Able to lead and manage a team
- Motivated and Driven
- Able to work to deadlines and targets
- Confident in using Microsoft Office
- Full Driving License
