HVAC Engineer £30k-£40K
INFORM3 Recruitment are searching for a HVAC engineer for a client that has projects across the North East. The client focuses on both commercial and industrial projects and the ideal candidate with have the flexibility to work with both.
This is an exciting opportunity for a HVAC Engineer who is ready to take the next step in their career.
Main Responsibilities:
- To monitor and maintain all areas of responsibility within the time frame given, always complying with standards laid down in the work schedule.
- Installation and inspection of HVAC systems and their components for the purpose of evaluating the condition and recommending preventative maintenance.
- Report all accidents, dangerous occurrences and near miss incidents onto the company system
- Carry out a wide range of installation, repair and maintenance work to ventilation and air conditioning systems across different sites
- An appreciation of quality assurance and business management.
- Being able to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
Qualifications, skills and experience:
- Good Diagnostic and problem-solving skill
- Knowledge of HVAC installations and commissioning.
- Degree in Building Services Engineering or similar degree is preferable
- High quality communication skills
- A high level of time management
