HVAC Engineer Leeds £30-40K
INFORM3 Recruitment are searching for an experienced HVAC Engineer for a client based in Leeds. The client has various new build commercial projects based around Leeds, and is keen to fill the roles with experienced HVAC Engineers.
The Ideal Candidate will have 3+ years’ experience in the commercial industry and will hold relevant qualifications. The candidate will also have experience working within Building Services Engineering.
Main Responsibilities:
- Service & Maintain Heating Ventilation & Air Conditioning Systems including fault finding and diagnosis
- Carry out modifications and installations as and when required.
- To monitor and maintain all areas of responsibility within the time frame given, always complying with standards laid down in the work schedule.
- Provide support for all day-to-day activities on the site and ensure site security and integrity is maintained at all times across the campus site.
- Report all accidents, dangerous occurrences and near miss incidents onto the company system.
- Being able to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
Qualifications, skills and experience:
- 3+ years working as a HVAC Engineer
- Educated to at least NVQ level, or hold relevant industry experience
- High quality communication skills
- high level of time management
- Good Diagnostic and problem-solving skill
