HVAC Engineer Coventry £35-40K
INFORM3 Recruitment are recruiting a HVAC engineer for a client based in Coventry but with travel across the Midlands. The client focuses on commercial projects and the ideal candidate with have the experience in this area. The role will primarily be focussed on Maintenance, though there will be some installation work occasionally.
The successful HVAC Engineers will then oversee the HVAC equipment on various sites across the Midwest. The candidate must have at least 3+ years’ experience performing in a similar role.
Main Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records and report them to team leads.
- Review building plans and specifications in line with regulatory guidelines
- Be respectable and client focussed when performing maintenance.
- Complete all installation, maintenance and upkeep of the HVAC systems to a high standard. And in a timely manner.
- To provide support to team members and provide technical advice when needed
- Follow Health and Safety protocol and minimize personal injury and risk while working on site.
- Follow rota and report to sites in a timely fashion.
Qualifications, skills and experience:
- Be F-Gas Registered.
- Minimum of level 2 NVQ in Air Conditioning / Refrigeration or relevant industry experience.
- Knowledge of HVAC equipment and systems.
- Full UK driving Licence.
- Ability to be part of a team
- Strong time management skills
